Hugh Jackman is in talks to buy a stake in Norwich City, the English Championship club he has supported since childhood. The IGN report follows an exclusive interview with talkSPORT, in which Jackman said he is “very, very interested” in buying part of the club.
The 57-year-old actor was speaking while promoting The Death of Robin Hood. He said there was “a little exclusive” when asked whether he would follow his friend Ryan Reynolds into English football ownership.

Jackman was approached about becoming a minority investor in 2010 but declined. He later described that decision as a “big mistake”. His renewed interest comes as Norwich and Reynolds’ Wrexham compete in the Championship, with both clubs targeting promotion to the Premier League.
