BREDx has filled out its November line-up. Syrian rapper Bu Kolthoum, Jordanian-Palestinian singer Zaid Khaled and Egyptian pop artist Nasser will perform alongside the previously announced Bryson Tiller and Central Cee at Etihad Live on Yas Island on 13 and 14 November.

The two-day event is a one-off from the organisers of BRED Abu Dhabi, which returns in April 2027. It mixes music with fashion, food, sport and art.

Who plays when

Friday 13 November opens with Bu Kolthoum and Zaid Khaled. Bu Kolthoum blends rap with traditional Arabic forms including Tarab, Zajal and Ataaba. Zaid Khaled makes Arabic pop built on personal stories, with electronic influences.

On Saturday 14 November, Bryson Tiller and Central Cee headline the Main Stage, while Nasser takes the AMP Stage. The organisers describe him as a rising Egyptian pop artist with a contemporary, youthful sound.

Beyond the music

The festival also hosts the finals of the Red Bull Half Court 3on3 streetball competition. The organisers say it is the first Red Bull Half Court event held inside a culture and music festival.

A BREDx Concept Store will gather more than 30 local and regional brands across fashion, streetwear, vintage, beauty and home. Each brand will make a BREDx-exclusive piece. Names include Efaar Vintage, Freej, Moonlanding, PRNTCODE and Argoub Club. Bad Berry Club will launch two eyewear lines, Protagonist and Fever Dream, while Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and UNTY make their Abu Dhabi debuts.

Food comes from mostly homegrown concepts. Holy Smokes, Dalia Bagel Bar and Ugly Noodles (with its first BBQ concept) are on the list. Marmellata and Barbassi will run a joint Slice Shop, and Barjis and Fowli both debut in Abu Dhabi. Chef Khaled of Burnt Butter teams up with Mina Creamery and El Botik on a grilled banana split made for the event.

There is also a photography element. Forward, Forward, Forward is a limited-edition book made with Middle East Archive, featuring Yasmina Hilal, Taqwa Bint Ali, Ali Al Shehabi, Omar Al Mahri and more than 15 other regional photographers. It will be sold only at BREDx, and the same work will appear in an exhibition during the festival.
