OnePlus 16 design officially revealed with three colours and four storage options

The OnePlus 16 design has been officially revealed, with three colours, four memory and storage configurations, and pre-reservations now open in China. OnePlus has not announced a launch date or UAE availability.

OnePlus 16 design and colours confirmed

The OnePlus 16 keeps much of the visual language of the OnePlus 15, according to GSMArena’s report. The new phone will be sold in Dark Forest, a black finish; Mars Masterpiece, a light orange; and Tomorrow Starlight, a grey option. The orange and grey versions have patterned rear panels.

The three colours are the clearest change from the previous model so far. The camera layout and overall shape remain close to the OnePlus 15, although the renders show the phone from several angles rather than revealing a complete specification sheet.

OnePlus 16 storage options and confirmed features

China will get four configurations: 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage, 12GB with 512GB, 16GB with 512GB, and 16GB with 1TB. Customers can pre-reserve the phone through OnePlus’s Chinese online store, but the company has not published pricing in the announcement covered by GizmoChina.

OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 16 supports a system-wide 165Hz refresh rate. That follows earlier coverage of the OnePlus 16’s 165Hz display support, while a separate camera specification report covered unconfirmed hardware claims.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, a 200MP main camera, a 9,000mAh battery and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display remain reported specifications rather than confirmed launch details. OnePlus has yet to confirm a global release, a UAE price or local availability.
