Microsoft is bundling a 25-game Xbox collection with eligible Windows 11 PCs, but only for buyers in the United States. In a Windows Experience Blog post published on 15 October, the company framed the giveaway as a celebration of Xbox’s 25th anniversary. Microsoft has announced nothing for the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Egypt, so shoppers here shouldn’t plan a purchase around it.

The collection is digital only, with no discs, and Microsoft values it at more than $500. Windows Central reports that the confirmed titles include The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, Minecraft Dungeons and Gears of War: Reloaded. The other 20 haven’t been named. Microsoft says the full list, system requirements and ratings will appear at aka.ms/XBOXbundle on 2 November.

The timing is tight. The offer applies to select Windows devices bought from participating US retailers between 2 November and 31 December 2026, while supplies last. Microsoft’s footnote says buyers can claim the bundle in the Microsoft Store app no later than 30 November, and must activate the PC and add the games to their Microsoft account by 12 February 2027. Windows Report gives the same February deadline.

Once claimed, the PC versions are tied to the buyer’s Microsoft account and run on any compatible Windows PC. Select titles also work on Xbox Series X|S through Xbox Play Anywhere, though Microsoft says some games can’t be played on consoles. Not every eligible PC can run all 25 games either, so lower-spec machines may not get the full benefit.

The bundle sits inside a wider holiday push. Microsoft is also promising weekly PC discounts of up to $500 at select US retailers from 2 November to 25 December, alongside a pitch for the new Surface Laptop Ultra. Digital Trends describes the games as the sweetener for anyone already planning an upgrade.

For readers in the region, the practical position is unchanged until Microsoft says otherwise. Local Microsoft Store and retailer pages are the place to watch for any UAE, Saudi or Egyptian version, and we haven’t seen one.

Can I get the 25 free Xbox games if I buy a PC in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Egypt?

Not in the current information. Microsoft’s terms limit the offer to select Windows devices bought from participating US retailers, and it hasn’t announced a regional version.

When do I need to claim the games?

Buy an eligible PC between 2 November and 31 December 2026, then activate it and claim the bundle to your Microsoft account by 12 February 2027. Microsoft says the offer will appear in the Microsoft Store app by 30 November.

Will all 25 games run on my new PC?

Maybe not. Microsoft warns that some eligible devices can’t play every title, so check the compatibility details at aka.ms/XBOXbundle from 2 November before you buy.
