Dior Dubai now has a new regional distribution centre at Dubai South, with the 7,200-square-metre facility handling Middle East inventory, boutique replenishment and UAE e-commerce orders.
The two-level centre was inaugurated on 21 September at the EZDubai Logistics Hub. Gulf News reports that the site brings stock closer to Dior’s regional markets, allowing the company to respond more quickly to demand and restock boutiques across the region.
The facility will support Dior’s physical retail network as well as its online business in the UAE. The Dubai South location connects the centre to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded logistics corridor and sits close to Al Maktoum International Airport, giving the company access to air, sea and road links from one logistics district.
Dior Dubai brings regional stock closer to boutiques
The new Dior Dubai South centre is designed to manage inventory, fulfil orders and replenish boutiques across the Middle East. That gives Dior a regional base for stock movements instead of routing every requirement through more distant distribution operations.
The opening was attended by senior officials from Dubai South and Dior, including Pierre De Maigret, President Middle East at Dior, Anne Borde, Worldwide Supply Chain & Logistics Director at Dior, and Nabil Alkindi, Group CEO of Dubai South.

Construction Business News Middle East says the facility has LEED Gold certification. Dior’s facility and supply chain teams are also working on transport-flow optimisation, removing single-use plastic from packaging, using sea freight where possible and introducing electric vehicles for UAE last-mile deliveries.
Why Dior chose Dubai South
EZDubai is a dedicated e-commerce zone within Dubai South’s Logistics District. Dubai South says the district offers access to Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port, which is a useful combination for a business moving luxury goods between regional boutiques and online customers.
For UAE shoppers, the centre is about stock management rather than a new Dior store or a change to the brand’s retail range. It should give Dior a local fulfilment base for online orders, while the wider Dubai retail calendar continues with destinations such as Global Village Season 31.
