Saadiyat Grove Abu Dhabi will open in the fourth quarter of 2026 with more than 100 luxury brands, dining concepts, cultural venues, hotels, homes and offices beside the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum.

Aldar’s mixed-use destination will include 20 concepts described as new to the region. The announced retail line-up includes Audemars Piguet, Brunello Cucinelli, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chaumet, Dior, Fendi, James Perse, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Valentino and Van Cleef & Arpels. Japan’s Beams will also open in the UAE for the first time.
Dining plans include Alain Ducasse Café, Monsieur Paul, Kokoro Handroll Bar and Momofuku. Saadiyat Grove will also host Abu Dhabi’s first Time Out Market, with 16 kitchens, a Time Out Café and other food and entertainment concepts.
Offices, wellness and a new cultural venue
The Saadiyat Grove Abu Dhabi project will add 25,000 square metres of premium office space across four Grade A buildings. A 2,200-square-metre executive club will provide private offices, boardrooms and member lounges, while a hotel will connect directly to the commercial area.
Saadiyat Forum will cover 7,000 square metres and include a cinema alongside cultural and hospitality programming. The development will also include a 2,000-square-metre BXR gym, a wellness centre, a longevity clinic and more than 1,000 homes across Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, Baccarat Residences Saadiyat and The Arthouse.
Aldar chairman Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak called Saadiyat Grove “a centrepiece” of the company’s strategy for culture-led living, tourism and investment. The National reported that the project is intended to support visitor spending, private investment and jobs as Saadiyat expands around its museums and cultural venues.
The project’s official Aldar site confirms the wider Saadiyat Grove development, but no public opening day, shop-by-shop opening schedule or consumer pricing has been announced. The cultural district already hosts events such as Animenia Abu Dhabi and the Studio Ghibli exhibition, giving the new retail destination a fairly busy neighbourhood before the first handbag has been placed under a spotlight.
