Xbox has confirmed the next wave of Game Pass titles, and the one that will pull most people in is the Gears of War: E-Day open beta, which runs from 6–10 August on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
It is free for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, or anyone who pre-ordered the game, as Video Games Chronicle notes. The beta offers first hands-on time with Horde Siege, the new PvE mode.

Two titles landed early: Game Freak’s day-one RPG Beast of Reincarnation and the restored shooters Heretic + Hexen joined the service on 4 August.
The lighter end of the wave includes Date Everything!, a dating sim whose eligible singles include the player’s bed, the smoke alarm and an overwhelming sense of existential dread, and Egging On, a game about being a fragile egg that Xbox describes in its own words as “hard-boiled”.
Leaving Game Pass on 15 August
Four games depart the library: Menace (Game Preview, PC), Atlas Fallen, Aliens: Fireteam Elite and Firewatch. The wave still manages to include third-party titles like Cricket 26 and PowerWash Simulator 2, despite reports that Game Pass third-party deals are paused.
On the UAE storefront, Game Pass Ultimate displays at US$15.99 a month (about AED 59), with Game Pass Premium at US$10.99 (about AED 40) after a 14-day US$1 trial.
