IGN has exclusively revealed the official Avengers Doomsday LEGO trailer remake. The video, built by Disney Consumer Products, Marvel Studios and LEGO for the “All Moments Lead to Doomsday” campaign, recreates the live-action trailer released in July shot for shot — in brick form.
The Avengers Doomsday LEGO trailer remake
“The LEGO brick-built trailer is a nod to the creativity of the Marvel fandom and builds excitement for Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday theatrical release.”
Paul Gitter, executive vice president of global brand commercialisation, Disney Consumer Products
When Avengers: Doomsday opens in cinemas
The Russo Brothers’ Doomsday opens in cinemas on December 18. The live-action trailer that started it all has more than 67 million views on Marvel’s YouTube channel. Since that first trailer, the second one showed Doctor Doom raising an army of Sentinels, Marvel was fined $160,000 over its San Diego Comic-Con ad, and Kathryn Newton will return as Cassie Lang when the film reaches theatres.
Before Doomsday arrives, fans get an Avengers: Endgame re-release with four minutes of new footage for the Doomsday plot.
Is the LEGO Avengers: Doomsday trailer official?
Yes. It was made by Disney Consumer Products, Marvel Studios and LEGO as part of the ‘All Moments Lead to Doomsday’ campaign tied to the December theatrical release — not by a fan.
Who voices Doctor Doom in the LEGO trailer?
Robert Downey Jr., who plays the role in the film itself. The remake is voiced by the real Doomsday cast rather than soundalikes.
When does Avengers: Doomsday release?
December 18, 2026, in cinemas, directed by the Russo Brothers. It opens the same day as Dune: Part 3.
