The Future Food 2026 Dubai conference is confirmed for 29 and 30 September at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, under the theme “Together Towards Food Resilience”.

It is the eighth edition of the annual strategic conference of the UAE food ecosystem, run by the UAE Food Cluster and the UAE Food & Beverage Business Group under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy & Tourism. The organisers describe it as the sector’s central annual stage for food security, trade and supply-chain work.

Last year’s edition drew more than 2,000 delegates from 30-plus countries across 50-plus working sessions. This year the aim is a step beyond panels and passive listening: an agenda built on dealmaking, closed-door meetings and infrastructure conversations.

When is Future Food 2026 Dubai?

The summit runs across two days, 29 and 30 September 2026, at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. A full agenda is published closer to the event; registration is open now.

What’s on the agenda

The programme spans five tracks: a main strategic leadership forum with ministerial addresses and CEO dialogues; closed-door roundtables and public-private dialogues; the UAE Food Cluster Awards; a knowledge and capability hub; and an exhibition of local producers.

Two new marketplaces anchor the commercial side. The Business & Trade Platform runs structured B2B matchmaking between regional manufacturers, agritech providers and international buyers. The Farmers Corner & Market lets local producers pitch large buyers for volume contracts while selling direct to consumers.

How to attend Future Food 2026 Dubai

Attendance is by registration through the event site, aimed at investors, manufacturers, retailers, agritech firms, logistics operators and policymakers. Sponsors confirmed so far include Nestlé as founding partner, Tilda as gold partner, and Nutridor and Yokogawa as silver partners; strategic partners include DP World, the Emirates Growth Fund, Silal, Dubai Chamber and DMCC. The full breakdown sits in the official 2026 brochure.

The conference joins a wider push to shore up the UAE’s food system, from the Foodics Forward Together initiative supporting local F&B operators to the UAE FoodTech Challenge, whose $2 million prize is courting agritech startups.
