Pierre’s TT Dubai has reopened at InterContinental Dubai Festival City after its summer pause, with a three-day welcome offer and a five-course menu priced at AED 590 per person.

The contemporary French restaurant welcomed diners back from 3 to 5 September with a complimentary glass of French bubbles, or a non-alcoholic alternative. The offer was announced for the reopening window and may have ended by the time you read this.
Pierre’s TT is led by chef patron Pierre Gagnaire, with Chef de Cuisine Mathieu Balbino running the kitchen. The restaurant sits on the promenade level of InterContinental Dubai Festival City, overlooking Dubai Creek. The restaurant’s official site is taking reservations.

The restaurant enters the new season with three toques from Gault&Millau UAE and a Gold award for Best Restaurant – Fine Dining of the Year at the Middle East F&B Excellence Awards 2026. Gault&Millau’s coverage also lists the restaurant’s five-course tasting menu at AED 590.
Pierre’s TT menu and opening hours
The Menu Découverte costs AED 590 per person. The five courses include duck foie gras terrine, raw-cut langoustines, turbot pavé, Wagyu beef tenderloin and Pierre’s TT’s signature millefeuille, according to the restaurant’s announcement.
