CASIO has unveiled the MTP-E735AR, its first Arabic-dial collection for the Middle East and Africa, with five watches using Eastern Arabic numerals, an arabesque dial and a bilingual day display. The collection was revealed at a media preview in Dubai on 17 September, ahead of the announcement on 23 September 2026.
Casio Arabic dial collection brings five designs to the region
The Casio Arabic dial collection uses a swirling arabesque pattern across the face, with applied Eastern Arabic numerals around the dial. The day-and-date window sits at 3 o’clock, and the day can be displayed in Arabic or English.
The five colourways are black, deep blue, ice blue, turquoise and white. The black and blue versions keep the pattern relatively subdued, while the white model uses a silver pattern with blue hands and markers. The remaining versions use silver-tone hands with stainless-steel cases and bracelets.
The design is regional. The rest is a quartz dress watch with the sort of specification sheet that does not require a small committee to interpret.
