UAE-founded hiring platform Dawlati says its pool of Emirati talent has passed 20,000 professionals. The platform connects UAE Nationals with private-sector employers and uses AI-powered matching to help companies find, assess and shortlist candidates.

Dawlati Emirati talent pool passes 20,000

Dawlati says its Emirati talent community now includes more than 20,000 people, making the Dawlati Emirati talent milestone its latest recruitment marker. The company was founded in the UAE to make it easier for Emirati jobseekers to find private-sector roles aligned with their skills, experience and career goals.

The platform says employers can search a pool of Emirati professionals, identify candidates for specific roles and build shortlists through its AI-powered technology. Dawlati positions that matching process as a way to reduce recruitment time while keeping the focus on role fit.

An Emiratisation hiring platform for employers

Dawlati co-founder Zakaria Doleh said the figure represents individuals with their own ambitions, skills and potential, rather than only a recruitment metric. He added that the company aims to help businesses build stronger national workforces and create meaningful career opportunities for UAE Nationals.

The company says its service is intended to support private-sector employers as Emiratisation becomes a longer-term workforce concern. Its own guidance describes Dawlati as one route employers can combine with national programmes, professional networks and recruitment agencies, depending on the role and hiring timeline.

For jobseekers, the platform is focused on access to private-sector opportunities. For employers, it is a more focused source of Emirati candidates than a general jobs board. Recruitment remains recruitment, but at least the filtering has a job to do.

Dawlati says it plans to deepen its relationships with employers across the UAE and expand opportunities for Emirati professionals at different career stages. The company did not disclose funding or employer numbers in the announcement.

The milestone was announced by ZAWYA in a press release supplied by Dawlati. More information about the platform is available on Dawlati’s website. For context on the wider UAE hiring market, see our coverage of Cercli’s AI hiring platform.
