tabletop.me returns to Dubai Outlet Mall on 6–8 November 2026, with general admission starting at AED 99 for a day. Organiser Gameinox has announced more than 200 tabletop games, beginner-friendly role-playing sessions, and tournaments for the convention’s second edition at The Concourse Convention Center.

The three-day event follows tabletop.me’s inaugural Dubai edition. In its latest release, Gameinox says the 2025 convention attracted 3,000 attendees and projects 4,000–5,000 visitors this year. That is an attendance target, not a confirmed turnout.

Tickets and opening hours

Gameinox lists general admission at AED 99 for one day or AED 199 for all three days. Junior tickets for ages 8–12 cost AED 49 for a day or AED 99 for the weekend. The Platinumlist ticket page also confirms that children aged seven and under enter free.

Friday’s opening hours are 16:00–22:00, while Saturday and Sunday run from 12:00–22:00. All times are local to Dubai.

Tournament registration is separate from admission. Platinumlist requires an entry ticket valid for the same day before visitors purchase a tournament add-on, with places subject to availability. Gameinox advises checking individual tournaments for booking requirements and any additional fees, so an admission ticket should not be treated as an all-inclusive competition pass.

Games to learn, not just watch

According to the organiser’s release, more than 70 game masters will teach board games, trading card games, and miniature games throughout the weekend. The announced line-up includes over 100 bilingual Arabic–English games, alongside familiar card-game brands such as Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and the One Piece Card Game.

The Gulf Roleplaying Community will host more than 60 role-playing sessions, including beginner-friendly Dungeons & Dragons adventures. Visitors can also try prototype games, meet artists and designers, or join more than 20 workshops covering activities such as dice making, miniature painting, and alternate artwork on trading cards.

For families who prefer familiar rules, a classic-games area will include chess, checkers, backgammon, carrom, and Jackaroo. The range gives newcomers options beyond competitive card games or a lengthy role-playing session.

Tournament qualifiers and a new prize wall

Gameinox plans approximately 20 tournaments across board games, trading card games, and Warhammer. Highlights include the One Piece Treasure Cup and Yu-Gi-Oh! UAE World Championship Qualifier Open. Warhammer competitors will compete for five Golden Tickets to qualify for the 2027 Warhammer World Championships.

It is another local competition date for players, following events such as Dubai’s Red Bull Tetris world final, although tabletop.me’s programme centres on physical games rather than a screen-based contest.

New for this edition, a TTM Prize Wall will let visitors collect tokens through participating activities and redeem them for rewards. A phone-accessible event web app will provide a convention map, programme updates, and tools to schedule experiences across the gaming areas, workshops, and main stage.

The organiser also promises a 10% Games Market discount on board games featured on the convention floor. Visitors should check programme updates before booking specific activities: the release and public ticket page currently list different game and staffing totals, so the figures above follow Gameinox’s latest announcement rather than combining the counts.

Do beginners need to bring their own games?

No. The programme includes taught demonstrations and beginner-friendly sessions. Platinumlist lists bringing favourite games as optional, rather than an entry requirement.

What should tournament players bring?

Platinumlist lists deck or miniatures lists as required for relevant tournaments and recommends bringing valid ID. Check the individual competition’s rules before registering.
