JBL Cove speakers form a three-speaker Wi-Fi system designed for whole-home audio, with European prices starting at €229.99 and Dolby Atmos on the P1 and X1 models. The M1, P1 and X1 can work alone, as stereo pairs or in multi-room groups through the JBL One app.

JBL Cove speakers bring three models into one system
The JBL Cove M1 is the compact option for everyday listening. The battery-powered P1 is designed to move around the home and supports Dolby Atmos, while the X1 is the flagship model with four tweeters, dual woofers and Dolby Atmos support.
JBL says the speakers use Constant Sound Field, automatic self-tuning and AI Sound Boost to adjust playback to the room and reduce distortion at higher volumes. The system supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Roon Ready, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect and Qobuz Connect, as listed by JBL.
The speakers can also work with compatible JBL Bar Series MK2 soundbars, including the Bar 300, 500, 800, 1000 and 1300MK2. Cove speakers can be added as rear channels for a larger home-theatre setup. JBL also includes a Music Follows Me feature that moves music or TV audio to another Cove speaker when users press and hold the Moment button.

JBL Cove price and UAE availability
According to JBL’s launch announcement, the JBL Cove M1 costs €229.99, the P1 costs €449.99 and the X1 costs €499.99. JBL says the speakers will be sold in black and white, although the release leaves the availability date as a placeholder.
JBL’s announcement does not confirm UAE availability or AED pricing, and the JBL UAE storefront did not list the Cove range when checked. Local pricing and a UAE launch date remain unconfirmed.
The company says Cove works without requiring users to create an account during its three-step setup. Music services and room groups can be managed through the JBL One app, while Bluetooth provides a direct connection for devices that do not use the Wi-Fi system.
JBL Cove is the company’s latest attempt to put multi-room audio into a simpler speaker range. It gives buyers three sizes and price points, but UAE shoppers will need to wait for local stock and pricing before comparing it with existing home-audio systems.
The JBL Echo can also create a Dolby Atmos home-theatre setup through a different approach, while Sonos’ portable speaker options remain another route for multi-room listeners.
