Dubai-based Emergent Media has launched EmergentOS, an agentic AI platform for marketing operations that the agency claims is a MENA first: built entirely in-house by an independent agency rather than licensed from a Western vendor.
What EmergentOS does
The platform runs three named agents. BOOST watches ad campaigns — spend, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversions — and flags budget waste in real time. WebCare tracks website health: broken links, crawl errors, load speed and Core Web Vitals. Engage writes and schedules social posts, monitors comments and drafts replies. Teams get real-time alerts for campaign drops, SEO score changes and engagement risks.
Humans keep the keys
Sensitive actions stop for human approval. Budget changes, campaign updates and publishing all wait on a person. For a tool that touches ad spend, that is the difference between an assistant and an accident.
The build-vs-buy choice
Emergent Media is a 15-year-old agency group with operations in the UAE and Pakistan. It chose to write its own operations software and sell it, rather than keep paying per seat for a stack of licensed tools. The platform is multi-tenant, so an agency runs several client environments from one console, with agents billed per client.
Agentic AI is not a new idea here — Riyadh’s HUMAIN sells it to enterprises, and Jensen Huang has been predicting the shift to agent-run computing since Computex. EmergentOS takes the concept into marketing operations specifically.
Pricing and availability
EmergentOS has no public pricing. Sales run through demo bookings on the EmergentOS site. For agencies in the UAE, the pitch is a homegrown system with local support, built by people who ran these workflows themselves. Whether “first in the region” survives an audit is for the market to decide.
What is agentic AI?
Agentic AI refers to systems that act rather than just answer: they monitor, decide and execute multi-step tasks. In marketing operations, an agentic tool watches campaign spend, spots waste and prepares changes — with a human approving the sensitive ones.
Who built EmergentOS?
EmergentOS was built by Emergent Media, a Dubai-based agency group with more than 15 years in the business and operations in the UAE and Pakistan, plus a sister creative agency called BrandCode. The launch was announced in early August 2026.
How much does EmergentOS cost?
There is no published price list. Emergent Media sells EmergentOS through demo bookings on its website, and pricing is quoted during or after the demo.
Does EmergentOS replace marketing teams?
No. The company positions the agents as tools that remove repetitive execution — reporting, posting, SEO checks and campaign monitoring — so teams can concentrate on strategy. Every sensitive action still requires human approval.
