ROX has opened an AI-driven vehicle manufacturing centre in Abu Dhabi, with operations planned for the second half of 2026 and annual capacity targeted at 300,000 vehicles by 2030.

ROX vehicle manufacturing centre is planned for KEZAD
The 10,000-square-metre centre is planned for KEZAD Logistics Park in Musaffah. ROX and KEZAD announced the strategic lease agreement in May, with the facility intended to support vehicle production and exports across the Middle East and global markets.
The facility is described as AI-driven, with smart manufacturing systems intended to support scalable production. Gulf Today reported that the centre will use independent operating lines, while the announcement from KEZAD Group sets out the planned site and production target.

What the ROX Abu Dhabi centre means for the UAE
ROX says the centre will support its expansion across the region and exports to international markets. KEZAD’s location provides access to Abu Dhabi’s industrial infrastructure and logistics links, although the centre’s operations have not started yet.
The planned capacity would be 300,000 vehicles a year by 2030. KEZAD says the project could contribute up to 10% of the UAE’s Operation 300Bn initiative, which aims to expand the country’s industrial sector. DubiCars’ report also places the centre in KEZAD Logistics Park and identifies Musaffah as the location.
ROX already has its global headquarters in Abu Dhabi and a regional spare-parts centre in Dubai, according to Gulf Today. The new facility is expected to add production and export capacity, rather than announce a new retail model or UAE price.
