Robert Pattinson may be in Hideo Kojima’s Physint, but nothing is confirmed

Robert Pattinson Physint speculation has grown again, but there is still no confirmation that the actor is in Hideo Kojima’s game.

The theory has resurfaced after IGN reported on the latest round of speculation. It rests on the resemblance between Pattinson and the shadowy figure in Physint’s first poster, plus a conversation Kojima described on his KOJI10 podcast after meeting the actor at Cannes.

Robert Pattinson Physint: why the rumour persists

Kojima said he contacted Pattinson for two tickets to a Cannes after-party. Pattinson sent them over, and Kojima later described him as a “nice guy” while declining to say what else they discussed. The meeting is a fact. Its connection to Physint is not.

A photo of the pair has since become part of the theory, while fans have also compared Pattinson’s features with the character shown in the poster. That is enough to keep the rumour circulating, but it does not establish a role or even confirm that the game was discussed.

Physint already has three confirmed cast members

Kojima Productions announced Charlee Fraser, Don Lee and Minami Hamabe as cast members for Physint, with their roles still undisclosed. The studio has not announced Pattinson as part of the game.

The project remains in early development, and its release date has not been announced. IGN also reported that a recent casting call was looking for an actor to play a villain with a German accent, although there is no evidence connecting that role to Pattinson.

For now, Robert Pattinson Physint speculation is still just that: a theory built from a poster, a real meeting and a conversation whose subject Kojima has not shared.
