Meta One subscriptions now bundle Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp perks with more AI usage, starting at $7.99 a month for individual users and rising to $499 for the top creator and business tier.
Meta launched the plans globally on 15 September, although the company says pricing, features and availability can vary by region, app and account. Its core apps and everyday Meta AI access remain free, so Meta One is aimed at people who want higher limits or professional tools rather than a paywall around the basics.

Meta One subscription plans for individual users
Meta One Core costs $7.99 per month and combines Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus and WhatsApp Plus with more room for AI image and video generation, editing, voice effects and Instagram’s Restyle tool. Premium costs $19.99 per month and raises the allowance again for people using Meta’s AI tools more heavily.
Meta says the service launched with more than 50 features across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, with 15 million subscriptions and trials recorded during its phased introduction. The company plans to extend Meta One to Edits, its video-editing app, and AI glasses.
The individual tiers sit above the single-app subscriptions, which start at $2.99 a month. Meta is therefore charging for additional capacity and extras while keeping the main social apps free. The arithmetic is straightforward, even if the menu is becoming less so.

Meta One plans for creators and businesses
The creator and business plans start at $14.99 a month for Essential. It includes a verified badge, impersonation protection, a verified WhatsApp Business channel and more access to Meta Business Agent for customer replies.
Advanced starts at $49.99 a month and adds scheduled Stories, links in organic posts and Reels, exportable analytics, deeper audience insights, team access and more WhatsApp broadcast credits. Expert costs $149 a month, while Max starts at $499 and includes the highest levels of feature access and Business Agent capacity for teams.
Meta’s official announcement lists the plans and features. The Verge’s report covers the individual and professional tiers, while TechCrunch reports that the push follows Meta’s earlier rollout of paid features for its apps.
For more context, Meta’s AI Mac app brings screen sharing and Google Workspace tools to the desktop, while Muse Glimmer runs on a laptop and Muse Code is Meta’s coding agent.
