A fresh leak puts prices on all four rumoured Galaxy S27 models and splits the range into two display tiers. The numbers come from a single leaker with a patchy record, so treat them as targets rather than a price list.

In a post on X, the leaker Schrödinger (@phonefuturist) listed US and South Korean prices alongside “international” figures, adding that regional pricing varies and the numbers are current targets that could change. 9to5Google and Android Headlines both picked up the post.

The rumoured prices

ModelUS / South KoreaInternationalDisplay panel
Galaxy S27$899$999M14+
Galaxy S27+$1,099$1,199M14+
Galaxy S27 Pro$1,299$1,399M16
Galaxy S27 Ultra$1,399$1,499 to $1,549M16

The listing suggests Samsung will keep the base and Plus models at the Galaxy S26 and S26+ launch prices, according to Notebookcheck. That would run counter to the common expectation of another increase, though Android Headlines says rising memory costs make a pre-launch change likely. 9to5Google notes the S26 line has since had its prices raised, so the S27 would technically undercut the current S26 while matching its launch price.

Comparing generations is awkward. Samsung is rumoured to add a fourth model, so the Pro would sit where the Ultra used to. At launch, the S27 Pro would match the S26 Ultra’s $1,299, and the new Ultra would top the range at $1,399, $100 higher.

A two-tier display split

The more interesting claim is about screens. The S27 and S27+ are said to use Samsung Display’s M14+ OLED panel, while the Pro and Ultra get the newer M16. Notebookcheck describes M16 as brighter and more efficient. 9to5Google speculates this could mean a privacy display on the two top models, though the leak doesn’t say so. Android Headlines expects the same chip split, with the Pro and Ultra on a higher-tier Snapdragon, but that is its own inference rather than part of the leak.

Samsung’s M-series panels are also in the news elsewhere: Apple is reportedly waiting on Samsung for a wraparound iPhone display.

How reliable is it?

Not very, on the evidence so far. Notebookcheck points out that Schrödinger’s earlier claims about the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy Z Fold8 proved inaccurate, and that the more reliable leaker Ice Universe dismissed the account’s Galaxy S27 Ultra battery claims. Samsung is expected to unveil the series in about three months, and it has confirmed none of this. Earlier case leaks already hint at the S27 Ultra’s camera layout.

Will the Galaxy S27 cost more in the UAE?

Unknown. The leak gives only US, South Korean and broad international figures, and no UAE or Saudi pricing. Samsung typically confirms regional prices at or after launch.

Which Galaxy S27 models are rumoured to get the better display?

The S27 Pro and S27 Ultra, which are said to use the M16 panel. The S27 and S27+ are tipped for the M14+.
