dnata Travel has opened its 15th UAE retail store at One Central in Dubai, giving business-district workers and leisure travellers a place to plan flights, hotels, cruises and tailor-made holidays in person. The premium store is now open daily from 9am to 11pm.
The new dnata Travel One Central outlet is on the Ground Floor, Office 4 at One Central, opposite Joe & The Juice. It offers face-to-face consultations for flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, attractions, transfers and more complicated itineraries, according to Gulf News and a dnata Travel press release carried by ZAWYA.

The store includes private consultation spaces, with dnata positioning the format for customers planning luxury holidays, complex itineraries and what the company calls once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The company says the new format is intended to combine online convenience with in-person advice. That leaves travellers with another option when a multi-stop holiday becomes too complicated for a browser tab and a hopeful spreadsheet.
