Acer SFF RTX Spark brings 1 petaflop to a compact desktop

Acer has shown the Acer SFF RTX Spark, a compact desktop design built around NVIDIA’s RTX Spark superchip, with up to 1 petaflop of AI performance and 128GB of unified memory. The company presented it at its next@Acer press conference during IFA 2026.

Acer SFF RTX Spark: what is inside?

The design combines a Blackwell RTX GPU with up to 6,144 cores and a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU. NVIDIA says the RTX Spark platform is intended for Windows PCs that can run AI agents locally, alongside creative applications and games.

The shared memory pool is the part that separates this design from a conventional small desktop. NVIDIA’s platform gives the processor and graphics hardware access to the same memory, which is useful for running larger local models without moving data between separate system RAM and graphics memory.

Acer has not announced a retail name, launch date, price or UAE availability for the Acer SFF RTX Spark. NVIDIA says RTX Spark compact desktops from several manufacturers are due this autumn, while Acer was listed among the brands to follow the first group of launch partners.

The chassis can be used horizontally or placed vertically in a holder, according to TechPowerUp’s report from IFA. The available photographs show a dark enclosure with a contrasting bronze-coloured section, rather than the usual small-PC box that appears to have lost an argument with a printer.

Acer’s announcement is consistent with NVIDIA’s RTX Spark platform details. The company has also published the full Acer announcement, but has not yet supplied a UAE price or retailer list.
