SOCO is coming to City Centre Mirdif — bowling, arcade, mocktails

SOCO is basically a big indoor hangout built around games, food, and that one friend who takes darts way too seriously- similar to Black Bunny. It’s opening soon at City Centre Mirdif, and the site already lists game pricing, VIP room rates, and a full menu (yes, including mocktails).

Bowling starts at AED 65 per game (60 mins); arcade games like Air Hockey and King of Hammer show AED 15 per game.
Social-competitive games include pool, darts, shuffleboard, and a multi-sport simulator (up to AED 250 for 60 mins on the simulator).
There’s a SOCO Card for arcade payments (online top-up/check tools are marked “coming soon”).

What SOCO is, and where it’s opening in Dubai

SOCO is pitching itself as an all-in-one games venue with food on-site, aimed at groups and families. The first UAE location listed is City Centre Mirdif, opening “this December”.

If you’ve been stuck doing the same “cinema then home” loop in Mirdif, this is clearly trying to be the alternative: games first, snacks second, then one more game because “we’re already here”.

The games list (and how much they cost)

SOCO splits gameplay into bowling, arcade games, and “social competitive” games (pool, darts, shuffleboard, etc.). A lot of sessions are timed, so it’s easier to plan as a group.

Bowling: 60 minutes, up to 6 players, AED 65 per game

The useful bit: prices are shown “per game” for a lot of items, and many have a clear time block. So you’re not guessing if you’ve just paid for 5 minutes or a full hour.

Booking, payments, and the SOCO Card

Some games can get busy (SOCO specifically calls out bowling and shuffleboard), so booking ahead is pushed. For others, the site says you can often just walk up and play.

Food and drinks: mocktails, bites, mains, and kids’ options

SOCO’s dining page is broad (bites, drinks, sweets), but the menu PDF gets specific with items and prices, plus allergen tags and a note that prices include VAT.

If you’re planning a work outing, the rules are the important part: it’s not “show up with 60 people and vibes”. It’s “book it properly and pay a deposit”.
