The lists come from EA’s official ratings reveal, the opening move of the publisher’s ‘The World’s Debate’ campaign. Ratings are built from authentic match data and cover 21,000+ players across 800+ clubs and national teams. They reflect the squads as the game stands at launch; EA’s squad updates during the season, including after transfer windows, can move them.

What stands out in the FC 27 ratings
Mbappé and Haaland are the only men’s players at 91, with nine more on 90. Michael Olise is the biggest riser, up four ratings after his first full season at Bayern München.
Lionel Messi, at 39, sits 18th on 89 — the only Major League Soccer player in the men’s top 27. The list also reflects the summer window: Gianluigi Donnarumma is rated at Manchester City after his £26m move from Paris Saint-Germain.
Putellas keeps the top women’s spot, with Aitana Bonmatí and Khadija Shaw at 90 behind her. Barcelona place seven players in the women’s top 27 and London City Lionesses three; Yui Hasegawa and Hannah Hampton are the biggest movers, each up three ratings.
EA Sports FC 27 release date and UAE availability
FC 27 launches worldwide on 25 September for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Ultimate and Ultimate Plus editions unlock early access from 18 September, and pre-ordering either by 31 August earns an untradeable 85+ OVR International ICON item for Football Ultimate Team. Mbappé fronts the Ultimate Plus cover; EA confirmed the 25 September release when it announced the game.
