CHOIX Dubai launches a new seasonal menu by Pierre Gagnaire on 14 September, with Chef Mathieu Balbino leading the kitchen at InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
The new menu is created under the culinary direction of three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire. It adds dishes including artichoke salad with pine nuts, grilled eggplant with salted anchovy and redcurrants, cumin lentil velouté, marinated Omani shrimp spaghetti and lamb chop with roasted ricotta, star anise, blistered tomatoes and basil.

A French baguette with Comté, gherkins, mustard onions and spinach leaves completes the new savoury additions. The release does not list prices for the new dishes.
The restaurant will also continue offering celebration cakes. Its cake of the month is a Mirabelle tart made with buttery pastry and Mirabelle plum.

CHOIX is on the lobby level of InterContinental Dubai Festival City, overlooking Dubai Creek. The restaurant’s official website lists a daily opening time of 7am to 9pm. Its Parisian afternoon tea is currently advertised from AED 99 per person, although that price is separate from the new seasonal menu.
