Avengers: Endgame Encore leaks change Steve and Peggy’s ending
The added ending reportedly continues the familiar dance between Steve and Peggy before a knock at the door brings Loki to their home. The version of Loki shown is the TVA-connected character from the post-Loki timeline, which fits reports that he helps move Steve and his family to another branch of reality before the events of Doomsday.
That detail also gives Marvel a route back to Steve Rogers without undoing the conclusion of Endgame. It remains a reported scene, not an official explanation of the film’s plot.
Doctor Doom comes for Bruce Banner
Another set of details in the Avengers: Endgame Encore leaks places Bruce Banner in an underground military bunker, where he is working on a serum to stabilise his Hulk transformation. Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom is heard off-screen saying he has come to “collect” Banner, after which Banner appears to transform into the Hulk.
A TVA sequence reportedly shows Mobius, Casey and Ouroboros watching universes collide, including Universe-1005, associated with Fox’s X-Men characters. A final scene shows Doom hammering his mask into shape, echoing Tony Stark’s workshop sequence and the sound design from the first Iron Man.
Marvel has not released a full official breakdown of the scenes. IGN’s report is based on its review of the clips, while Polygon’s coverage notes that descriptions from early screenings do not match perfectly. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for cinemas on 18 December 2026.
