ADCB TouchPoints Flex lets customers spend rewards directly in UAE stores through a digital card linked to their TouchPoints balance. The card is enabled by Jaywan, the UAE’s domestic card scheme, and can be activated in the ADCB Mobile Banking App.

How ADCB TouchPoints Flex works

ADCB announced the service on 8 September 2026. Customers can activate a TouchPoints Flex Card in the mobile app, add it to a preferred digital wallet and use it for purchases in stores across the UAE. The bank has not disclosed a separate fee, points-to-dirham conversion rate or merchant list.

The service changes TouchPoints from a reward balance that needs to be redeemed into a payment method customers can use at checkout. ADCB says the card draws directly from the customer’s accumulated points rather than requiring a separate credit or debit card for the purchase.

Jaywan is the payment rail behind the card

Jaywan is the UAE’s domestic debit card scheme. ADCB says its TouchPoints Flex card uses the scheme’s infrastructure to support payments at stores across the country, while the bank’s existing TouchPoints programme continues to earn points through card spending, payments, savings and investments.

ADCB’s Jaywan card information says the domestic scheme supports payments at ATMs, retail outlets and online platforms. The bank’s new card adds a rewards balance to that payment flow, rather than introducing another standalone loyalty wallet.

There are no published details yet on whether TouchPoints Flex will support online purchases, how points are valued at checkout or whether the card is available to every ADCB customer. Those details will determine how useful the service is beyond the launch announcement. ADCB has previously outlined changes to TouchPoints earning on domestic debit-card transactions in its customer notice.

The launch was first reported in ADCB’s release carried by Zawya. ADCB also recently announced an AI-powered mobile banking app, while its Emirati Islamic credit card remains a separate rewards product.
