Abu Dhabi’s first Time Out Market is expected to open at Saadiyat Grove by the end of 2026, bringing 16 kitchens and the region’s first Time Out Cafe to the new cultural district destination, according to The National.
The market will bring restaurants, chefs and homegrown dining concepts together under one roof. Vendors have not been announced, so the kitchen count is currently more useful than a guest list that does not exist yet.
Time Out Market Abu Dhabi will have 16 kitchens
The Abu Dhabi market will be part of Saadiyat Grove, Aldar’s mixed-use retail, dining and cultural destination scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. Aldar’s announcement confirms the 16-kitchen format, the first Time Out Cafe in the region, dedicated beverage concepts and interactive entertainment spaces.
The wider project sits between Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum. Saadiyat Forum, a 7,000-square-metre space for cultural events, will sit within the development, alongside retail, hospitality, offices, residences and a cinema.
What else is coming to Saadiyat Grove?
Time Out Market Abu Dhabi is one part of a broader dining line-up. Saadiyat Grove is also set to include Momofuku, Alain Ducasse Cafe, Monsieur Paul and Kokoro Handroll Bar. Next door at Louvre Residences Abu Dhabi, the announced concepts include Alica Deli, Barrafina, Gymkhana, Le Palais, Magma and Zephyr.
The Dubai Time Out Market at Souk Al Bahar has 17 vendors, while the wider brand operates markets in cities including Lisbon, New York, Miami and Barcelona. The Abu Dhabi venue’s final restaurants and opening date remain to be confirmed.
