HyperX has brought its new gaming gear to gamescom in Cologne, a week after unveiling it at Level Awakening 2026 in the US. Two products lead the push: the Cloud Alpha Air, the brand’s first open-back headset, and the Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro, its lightest wireless mouse.
HyperX headset: the Cloud Alpha Air
Open-back headsets give a wide, natural soundstage, usually by giving up bass. The Cloud Alpha Air (US$149.99) is the HyperX headset built around Bass Tube technology, which HyperX says preserves the low end. NGENUITY software adds EQ and the directional cues that settle fights in competitive shooters.
Pulsefire Haste 3 Pro: 47 grams of mouse
The Haste 3 Pro (US$129.99) is a 47-gram mouse with a carbon-infused shell and the new HyperX Performance Sensor: up to 42,000 DPI, 800 inches per second and 70G acceleration. Battery life reaches 150 hours at 1K polling, or 35 at 8K. It outlasts most ranked sessions either way.

The rest of the lineup: the SoloCast 2 Pro microphone (US$89.99), wired and wireless Haste 3 mice (US$39.99 and US$89.99), new colours for the Cloud III, Cloud III S and Cloud Flight 2 headsets, and a “Frost” finish for the SoloCast 2. The wider push, which folded HP’s OMEN line into HyperX, also adds OMEN 35L desktops and new HyperX monitors. The full range is on the stand at gamescom’s Outdoor Area P8, Booth A030.
“Gamers don’t just buy gear, they build identities around how they play. At HyperX, we believe great gaming is more than performance. It’s about immersion, self-expression, connection, and fun.”
Josephine Tan, senior vice president and division president, Gaming Solutions at HP Inc.
