Microsoft has announced a new Xbox Partner Preview broadcast set for today, October 25 at 9pm UAE/8pm Saudi Arabia.
The 30-minute show will provide exclusive new looks at upcoming Xbox and PC games from third-party publishers. This includes a launch trailer for Alan Wake 2, which releases on October 27, along with Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Ark: Survival Ascended, and Dungeons of Hinterberg. Microsoft said that fans should expect around 20 minutes of trailers and new gameplay footage.
They were also quick to point out that they will not discuss its $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard or when their games will be released on Game Pass. However, according to Activision Blizzard, fans should expect any of their IPs to show up on Game Pass before next year. “While we do not have plans to put Modern Warfare III or Diablo IV into Game Pass this year, once the deal closes, we expect to start working with Xbox to bring our titles to more players around the world. And we anticipate that we would begin adding games into Game Pass sometime in the course of next year,” the publisher had said.
We also wouldn’t expect Xbox to announce any new hardware at the event, as the Xbox Partner Preview will be just that – a showcase to promote third-party games coming to the Xbox platform.
