Buffalo Wings and Rings Dubai is adding a third branch at Nshama Town Square, where the brand’s round sign is already going up on the facade.
The US sports-restaurant chain confirmed the move in a video on its Dubai Facebook and Instagram pages, showing workers hoisting the sign into place outside the storefront. The wall behind them spells out the message: opening soon, our third branch in Dubai. No opening date has been announced, and the brand’s Dubai website lists the Town Square address as coming soon.

The new spot sits at Restaurant No. 1, Jenna Apartments, Al Yelayiss 2, on the edge of Town Square’s central park. The same announcement ran across the brand’s channels, including an Instagram reel from its Dubai account.
The chain started in Cincinnati in 1984 and now runs 80-plus locations worldwide. Its Dubai presence currently means two branches — DIFC and JLT, open daily from noon to 3am — and Town Square will make it three. The sign’s own country list runs Bahrain, Iraq, Mexico and the US.
The announcement does not say whether the branch will serve alcohol, and Town Square’s residents have noticed: the community’s Facebook group is already asking. The brand’s existing Dubai branches run bar menus, with alcohol served to customers 21 and over.
Existing branches also run Wing Wednesday at AED 3 a wing and a daily happy hour from noon to 8pm — numbers that keep the brand in the running for any best cheap restaurants in Dubai list. It is also the latest in a busy run of new openings; OTHER, from the Moon Slice team, opened in Dar Al Wasl this year.
