HUMAIN Horizon Pro AI PC: Snapdragon X Elite meets agentic AI
TL;DR
  • HUMAIN announced the Horizon Pro AI PC at Snapdragon Summit 2025.
  • Snapdragon X Elite powers on-device AI, while HUMAIN ONE coordinates agentic workflows.
  • Claims include over 18 hours battery life and a 40% power reduction vs rivals.

HUMAIN has announced the Horizon Pro, a laptop built for “agentic” AI workloads and powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite platform. It runs HUMAIN’s upcoming HUMAIN ONE operating system, integrates the Arabic-first ALLAM large language model, and promises long battery life with strong on-device performance.

The reveal took place during a fireside chat between HUMAIN CEO Tareq Amin and Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon at Snapdragon Summit in Maui on 25 September 2025.

What HUMAIN is promising at launch

HUMAIN positions Horizon Pro as an enterprise-grade AI PC that also targets advanced personal use. Key claims focus on speed, local AI and endurance.

  • Snapdragon X Elite at the core
  • HUMAIN ONE OS with agentic workflows
  • Local Arabic-first ALLAM LLM, with hybrid cloud as needed
  • Zero-latency wake and over 18 hours of battery life
  • Thermal design for sustained loads
  • Enterprise subscriptions and leasing options
  • 500 student units to be given away at launch

Under the hood, Snapdragon X Elite drives on-device AI and CPU tasks, which HUMAIN says enables responsive inference and fast wake. The OS aims to coordinate apps and data using agents that anticipate needs, while the ALLAM model handles Arabic first and can switch to cloud resources for heavier jobs. HUMAIN is also pushing enterprise rollouts with monthly plans and hardware leasing, while consumers get pre-installed AI apps ready to activate.

Agentic AI and HUMAIN ONE

HUMAIN ONE is presented as a unified interface for enterprise workflows, communications and AI apps. The pitch is that the system reduces friction by letting agents collaborate with users and services in real time.

  • Unified workspace for tasks, data and comms
  • Agents that plan, act and report
  • Local processing for speed and privacy
  • Hybrid AI to escalate to cloud when needed

For organisations in the UAE, the local-first approach can help keep sensitive data on device, while the cloud path handles broader analytics. The Arabic-first ALLAM model is notable for teams operating in Arabic daily, and the hybrid route should help when workloads spike.

Hardware claims: performance and battery life

HUMAIN quotes zero-latency wake, more than 18 hours of runtime and a 40% power draw cut against “competing systems.” The cooling design is said to support sustained performance for demanding work.

  • Over 18 hours battery life
  • 40% lower power consumption vs. rivals
  • Fast wake from sleep
  • Thermal design for long runs

Actual numbers will depend on final configs, workloads and screen size. Still, these targets put Horizon Pro in the same efficiency conversation as other Arm-based Copilot+ class laptops now rolling out in EMEA and the UAE. Enterprise rollout, consumer option and student giveaway

HUMAIN plans two tracks: large-scale enterprise deployment through monthly subscriptions to its AI suite with optional leasing, plus a consumer edition for personal and creative use. All units ship with HUMAIN’s AI apps installed. Early adopters can register interest at humain.ai.

  • Enterprise subscription and device leasing
  • Consumer model with pre-installed AI tools
  • Free hardware refresh on leasing, per HUMAIN
  • 500 AI PCs to students as part of launch initiative

Pricing and regional SKUs were not shared at the time of launch but we’ll update this article when we have more info on that.

What this means for buyers

If HUMAIN brings Horizon Pro to the Gulf with strong local support, it adds another Arm-based AI PC choice next to existing Copilot+ models. The Arabic-first approach could appeal to teams that need private on-device processing with Arabic text and voice. Until pricing lands, the safest step is to list your must-have apps, check Arm compatibility, and hope they run on the new HUMAIN ONE OS.

What processor does HUMAIN Horizon Pro use?

Snapdragon X Elite. HUMAIN cites this platform for on-device AI performance and efficiency.

Does it run Windows or a custom OS?

HUMAIN says Horizon Pro supports its HUMAIN ONE operating system that unifies workflows, comms and AI apps with agentic features.

Is there pricing or a release date?

Not yet. HUMAIN invites early adopters to register interest at its website. We’ll update when regional partners confirm local SKUs and prices.
