The 12th Sharjah International Film Festival for Children and Youth (SIFF) returns from 6–11 October 2025 at VOX Cinemas, City Centre Al Zahia. The six-day festival will showcase 76 films from 26 countries, with South Korea honoured as the featured country.
Alongside the screenings, the event will host the first Global Children & Youth Film Congress, underlining cinema’s role in shaping young audiences and giving a platform to new Arab talent.
76 Films Across 26 Countries
This year, SIFF features a strong mix of international films, chosen from 1,740 submissions.

South Korea Named Guest of Honour
South Korea will be celebrated as this year’s Guest of Honour. The festival will highlight Korean cinema’s emotional storytelling and global influence.
