And he hates to keep him all alone in the house for eight hours every day while he is at work. So he came up with a plan &#8211; oh no, he did not buy him toys, or treats, or trained him to play Fruit Ninja on a tablet, like <em>you </em>probably would &#8211; oh no, he made him a robot. <em>Match that</em>.</p>
<p>Correa calls it the DarwinBot, lovingly named after his little dog. The robot is equipped with a Kinect (what is not these days?) and can take commands over Skype. It is programmed to play fetch and can also dispense treats when the need be. That&#8217;s pretty incredible.</p>

<p>Google had announced ADK for Android which allowed developers to control or take input from external hardware via android usb port. And here we have a homage to androids using the very same feature. A Dancing android bot being controlled via an Android tablet. The bot is made up of 4 servomotors and the developer is confirming that once he does polish on his project he will release it as open source for everyone to make their own bots or other similar things to be controlled via this Android software. check it out in action below:</p>

<p>Titan the Robot will be performing his act throughout Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC) during GITEX 2009. The public will be able to watch the show and check out all the latest products, gadgets and software on Thursday 22 October 2009, as the consumer electronics section of the event will open, free to the general public on the final day.</p>
