GITEX: Motorhead-Phones are all about body-shuddering bass experience

Everything is louder than everything else.

All of you heavy metal fans in the UAE probably already know of Motorhead. But what you might not know is that the metal band they have their own headphones line as well.

Motorhead are showcasing their 2012 collection at Gitex this year, and are actively looking for distributors to launch their products for metal fans in the region.

The Motorhead headphones (sorry for the tongue twister) has the top of the professional headphone range as the benchmark, are razer focused on providing “warm low end body-shuddering bass experience” without  sacrificing the low/mid range that is so very important for vocals and guitar sounds.

I had a shot at the Iron Fist headphones, and while I could not spend much time with it, I could tell almost immediately that the promise of providing clear, punchy music experience was well met. We will inquire  to see if we can score one for review and give you a more detailed rundown.

As said before, Motorhead headphones are not yet available in the region, with them looking for a distributor to get things rolling. However, the kind PR folk at the Gitex stand did give us a close estimate of the pricing of some of the high-end models, and they are as follows:

Motorhead Iron Fist: AED 600

Motorhead Bomber: AED 500

Motorhead Overkill: AED 250 w/Mic; AED 200 wo/Mic
