We compare two all-in-one printers and find out if either is a good fit for your office.

Printing, scanning, copying and repeating- a cycle that is probably a daily affair at most medium to big sized businesses. We go through it at the tbreak office many times a day- some clients want printed invoices that need to be sent via courier (sometimes more than once), while others like to be reminded over a scanned and emailed copy. Besides clients, we also have staff running around like headless chickens right before our weekly meetings. Needless to say, a printer that is fast, available and economical is very welcomed.

Today we take a look at two printers designed to be comfortable in office space- the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and the Brother MFC-J5910DW. Lets start out by comparing the specs on each of these printers.

Have you tested the ADF functionality? I have an HP all-in-one that i mainky bought for the ADF because i scan lot of documents, however the ADF was the worst thing in the machine. Even the regular paper tray has lot of issues in pulling papers into the printer.
