Android 4.1 provides faster results depending on what it’s being used for.
When Google announced Android 4.1 Jelly bean last week, one of the features it touted was offline voice commands and text entry, as well as an overall improved experience when using voice.
So naturally when Jelly bean became available online, it was only a matter of time before someone did a comparison video between the two. YouTube user marquesbrownlee has done just that, and tests both Siri and Android initially with a number of simple questions about the weather and other facts, before moving on to more complicated questions as well as adding notes and reminders. For the most part, Android races past Siri in most of the tests, showing that Google have really spent time working hard on the voice commands in this Android version.
