New solutions enable businesses to better capture, connect and communicate information

Press Release: HP announced today 8 new imaging and printing products with enhanced tools and expanded mobility offerings to enable businesses of all sizes to capture, connect and communicate more securely and efficiently. The new offerings include four new HP LaserJet printers and two HP Scanjet scanners, as well as two new solutions: HP ePrint Enterprise and HP Access Control.

¨HP is overhauling our entire line of MFPs and today begins a wave of intelligent new web-enabled, cloud-enabled and solutions-enabled printing devices that meet the evolving business needs of our customers,¨ said Salim Ziade, General Manager, HP Printing and Personal Systems Middle East. ¨By combining the strength of an innovative product portfolio, cloud capabilities, industry-leading management tools and a broad range of solutions, HP can meet the unique information management, workflow and printing needs of the smallest SMB up to the largest enterprise better than anyone else.¨

The HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 is HP’s new web-connected mono single-function laser printer, and the HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425 is the company´s first web-connected mono laser multifunction printer (MFP). Both feature advanced connectivity that meets the expanding needs of fast-paced SMB environments, including support for all HP Print solutions with wireless direct capability and support for Apple AirPrint and Google CloudPrint, which allow employees to print from their smartphone or tablet from virtually anywhere.

HP ePrint Enterprise is a mobile printing solution which simplifies accessing and printing documents across the enterprise landscape while on the go. The solution focuses on delivering fast, high quality connections between enterprise mobile devices and printers to create professional documents for corporate needs. HP Access Control Printing Solutions has newly added features, including server-less pull printing, which lowers costs; dual-factor authentication, which adds an additional level of security; and the ability to send prints via email, which increases productivity. Now HP Access Control Printing Solutions are even easier to purchase via the Express or Professional bundle or modularly, and they offer secure print authentication and job accounting, designed to provide secure access to printing devices and information.
