Create your own site in minutes!

If you’re thinking of creating a website in today’s world, where advanced coding, special effects, efficient loading and multiple integration with social networking sites is just the basics of it all, then these things are best left to professionals. Remember the good old days though, when simple HTML coding meant you could create your own page in minutes? Welcome back to the simpler times with Mozilla’s new ‘Thimble’ initiative.

Thimble is an easy to use online tutorial system which teaches how to easily use HTML and CSS. And it’s not just tutorials by way of introducing coding and then teaching you how to apply it, but also how to troubleshoot and fix things in real-time, via tutorials. The whole process feels very engaging and deep if you really want to dig into advanced coding.

It’s not exactly a blog type page creator like WordPress, but Thimble gives you more room to play around and tweak codes here and there. Go ahead and check out for yourself how Thimble makes webpage creation easy.

From auditing to editing, I now test and analyze the latest gadgets and games instead of the latest financial statements. Both jobs are equally intense and rewarding. When I'm not burning up hardware in the name of science, you'll find me nuking in DOTA 2 or engineering in TF2.
