But for Israel handsets only?

Samsung has finally confirmed the release date when Android 4.0 will be available to Galaxy S II users. Interestingly, the word comes not directly from the international branch of Samsung, but from the Facebook pages of Samsung Israel.

“We promised we were working on it. You waited patiently. And on 15 March, it will arrive: Android version 4, ICS, to tens of thousands of Galaxy S II devices purchased from cellular companies in the country or directly from us. We are very excited for the launch, hope you are too :)”

It is not clear if the March 15 date is for Israel users only, or if it will be available internationally, as well. I guess we will wait for another official word to come out.
