Like it or not, here it comes.
When the Facebook Timeline was first introduced, people threw their arms up in protest. In fact, they made Facebook groups against it, tweeted, sat in protest in dorm rooms, and burned effigies of Frank Zuckerberg.
Okay, maybe they didn’t do all of that, but there was a fair amount of outcry over the new design. But when Timelines finally arrived to people’s profiles, the noise eventually died down and people begrudgingly started uploading cover photos and tweaking their profiles to the new layout.
If you’re one of those people who didn’t like the Timeline layout and have a page on Facebook, get ready to cry again – the site will push the Timeline layout to all Facebook Pages by March 30th. Administrators can preview what the new layout will look like before that date, and can manually switch to the Timeline layout earlier if they want to.
I on the other hand, am just going to be lazy and not redesign our Facebook page until the 29th.
Because I’m a Facebook rebel.
