Galaxy S III will be only 7mm thin, Korean site ETNews reported today. That’s a matching figure to Motorola’s super-slim Droid RAZR, which released last year.
The same report also claims that the smartphone will launch in May, which fits with Samsung’s previously set release frame of “first half of 2012″. The company had said it will hold a separate press event for the launch.
Galaxy S III is expected to feature a Super AMOLED display, 720p screen resolution, possible TouchWhiz modifications, and of course, the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
