Microsoft takes direct jab at Google Apps in new ad video

New Microsoft Office ad takes a less-than-classy but hilarious aim at Google Docs.

It’s not the first time Microsoft has taken aim at Google in their ads but this time might be most blunt and direct ones they ever took. The new Microsoft ad for their Office applications is a parody of an 80′s TV show called ‘Moonlighting’ which starred Bruce Willis, only here we see the concept of ‘Googlighting’. Very subtle, Microsoft.

But you know what? It’s actually funny. Yes, it’s very corny and might irk a lot of people. Also, it wasn’t really called for the way they did it. But it’s funny and raises a few valid points in a comedic manner. Zero points for classiness though.

What do you think?
