Now everything you do for your dog will be little and too less.

Call it perks of the job, a show off of skills, or just plain crazy love, but Microsoft’s Robotics Team software engineer Jordan Correa quite likes his dog. And he hates to keep him all alone in the house for eight hours every day while he is at work. So he came up with a plan – oh no, he did not buy him toys, or treats, or trained him to play Fruit Ninja on a tablet, like you probably would – oh no, he made him a robot. Match that.

Correa calls it the DarwinBot, lovingly named after his little dog. The robot is equipped with a Kinect (what is not these days?) and can take commands over Skype. It is programmed to play fetch and can also dispense treats when the need be. That’s pretty incredible.
