Carmaker Mercedes-Benz plans to integrate Siri’s sultry voice  into their entry level A-class car models. Used along with Mercedes’ Digital DriveStyle App, Siri’s voice recognition muscles will be put to use by transforming  the driver’s iPhone into a full-fledged in-car system.

Drivers will then be able to listen to music, control the radio, and via additional apps, browse social networking websites like Facebook, and Twitter. The built-in Garmin navigation system will be operable through Siri as well, so drivers can get the true sense of being lost when the map doesn’t recognize where they are and neither does Siri.

The new feature will be showcased at the 2012 Geneva auto show next month.
