Apple banned from selling iPhone & iPad 2 3G in Germany

It’s not the best time for Apple since they recently lost their injunctions to stop Samsung from selling their phones or tablets as their case was dismissed by the court. Now, another potentially bigger blow comes to them in th form of the German court which has now barred them to stop selling iPhone and 3G iPad 2 according to sueddeutsche.de.

This is because of a lawsuit they’ve been facing by Motorola who got recently acquired by Google, and looks like they’ve just had their first victory. It’s usually Apple doing stuff like this so it’s really ironic to see them lose out on such a major territory like Germany. Of course, they plan to appeal this but looks like the odds aren’t in their favor.
