NVIDIA Tegra 3 AKA Kal-El spotted in the wild

A peak at the future tech of tablets.


NVIDIA’s upcoming quad core Tegra 3 has been spotted in China in an actual product revealed at PT/Expo Comm China.

It’s a 7-inch tablet from a company called ZTE and the model number of this device is T98. Supposedly, the device is equipped with a quad-core 1.5GHz processor CPU that is underclocked to 1.3GHz, 1GB RAM, 16GB Sotrage and a 1280×800 display. All of this hardware is powered by Android 3.2. The 11.5mm-thick body also houses a 3G modem and a 4000mAh battery.
