PlayBook senior product manager leaves RIM for Samsung

A few weeks after Samsung saw one of it’s own top Executives, Omar Khan, leaving for a new gig at Citigroup we have Samsung poaching another powerful exec from Research in Motion.

Samsung has managed, according to BGR, to convince BlackBerry PlayBook senior Product manager Ryan Bidan to join Samsung. The news comes as Bidan reportedly updated his Twitter and LinkedIn profiles to show that he will soon be Samsung’s director of product marketing.
This would be the second time Samsung gets a hold of a fleeing RIM executive as back in June it was reported that RIM’s vice president of digital marketing and media would leave RIM for Samsung.
