International Trade Commission rules that no infringement occurred.

In yet another patent infringement case involving apple the international Trade Commission ruled that its ruling (made earlier in the year in May) will stand against the Apple appeal.

The battle started when Kodak filed a lawsuit against both Apple and RIM and accused both of infringing on it’s camera technologies. The case, which saw RIM and Apple win, was called “In the Matter of Certain Mobile Telephones and Wireless Communication Devices Featuring Digital Cameras, and Components Thereof.” Shortly after that case, BGR reports that Apple responded with a lawsuit of it’s own titled β€œIn the Matter of Digital Imaging Devices and Related Software.” That particular suit was won in May, with the verdict being verified again last Tuesday.
