Spams users with repeated notifications.

While a number of anxious onlookers clamour to get their hands on an invite to try out the latest, oh-so-exclusive, Social networking offering from Google, a number of it’s current users were not too happy as they found their Inboxes flooded with notification spam.
Vic Gundotra, a big-shot at Google’s Social media offerings was quick to offer an apology and an explanation to the spamming. Evidently, with the rapid growth rate of Google+, Google somehow managed to forget to check for disk space. As a result, the notification system, for a whole 80 mminutes, ran out of disk space. This meant it repeatedly spammed users with the same notification mails over and over again.
Gundotra himself comes out on top for owning up to the embarrassing boo-boo and his handling of the situation.
