Report claims that Taiwan-based Pegatron Technology has received its orders
One of the most anticipated launches of 2011 seems to be picking up more speed as a new report featured in Neowin details what appears to be Apple’s plans to go big with their launch.
The launch, which was initially supposed to be in June/July but had to miss its deadline due to shortages of parts, is now said to be set for september. The report apparently claims that Taiwan-based Pegatron Technology has been told to assemble the phone from other components at its Shanghai factories.
The rumours surrounding the hotly anticipated latest installment of the iPhone 5 have been plentiful with some going so far as to claim a total redesign of the case shape with others claiming the phone will have a curved screen (as is seen on Google’s current flagship phone, the Nexus S)
